Does this scam actually work

by David on Thursday 3rd September, 2009 at 15:09 COMMENTS (1)

I thought that these scams would die off but I suppose the thing about the Internet is that there is a never ending flow of new people coming onto it who could be fleeced for everything they own.

What can you do about these scams. I think the best thing is to ignore and delete as if you start a conversation with them you are likely to draw attention to yourself.

Sometimes I like replying and tell them to give all the money to their favourite charity.

I checked the domain bnl-uk.org and whois shows that it has privacy protection so no valid contact available, a good indicator of a scam.

I am publishing the scam email exactly as I received it just so others can learn.
