New formatting buttons

Just a minor update to the Dr Adept CMS to make it easier for editing content and placing codes within the content, which are especially helpful when managing SEO pages.
H1 - H6 headings on buttons, highlight the text you wish to make a heading and hit the H button of the heading style you wish to set it to.
H1 usually being the largest font size as well as the more important when it comes to SEO work.
