Multi-Choice Survey
Place small unobtrusive survey questions on your website, visitors can then supply their views and see the pie-chart responses so far.
Quiz/Questionnaire System
Full questionnaire or quiz system. Have your visitors, staff or members answer multiple questions. Answers can be stored in a database for later viewing for questionnaires or shown alongside answers or ratings at the end of a quiz.
Ratings/Feedback System
Allow visitors or just members rate specific content and supply their feedback or comments. Comments can be made available to all visitors or stored in the database for later viewing.
