New CMS features

What a busy week and it is only Wednesday. WoW!
Added new import to members list from CSV file, update or add new member, also export members list as CSV file.
Members details can be exported, edited in a spreadsheet and then imported back updating the information only where changed or new.
Members details now also have longitude and latitude for mapping or mashups.
