The easiest way to edit any content is to first login and then click the Globe icon on the top bar of the CMS.  This opens the new launch site, if available, or the home page of your website in a new window/tab.

Once the page has loaded you will see a black admin bar at the bottom of the screen.

Hover over [EDIT] and you will see all the content types showing for that page.

Clicking [VIEW ALL contentname] will jump to the CMS and show you all the content of that type.

Below this line you will see all content listed as [EDIT: contentheading], clicking any of these will open the CMS and edit that piece of content.

All products are shown as [PRODUCT: contentheading], clicking any of these will open the CMS and edit that piece of content in the e-commerce products editor.

Click the [CREATE NEW contenttype] to add new content of that type.
