Fund Raising for a new Project
What we did for Freedom Boat Adventures
Freedom Boat Adventures needed a website to attract funding for a new project to build an all inclusive boat allowing everyone access regardless of abilities. We built a a website to help raise funds for this project on a tight schedule from concept to completion within 2 weeks.
Updates will be carried out on a regular basis until the launch of their main website which will sell products as well as take customer bookings.
Fund Raising Landing Page
The initial idea was to create a simple Landing page specifically aimed at raising funds for the new project and prepare for the launch of a new website once the boat had been built.
The landing page had all the relevant content and links giving visitors the information they needed to donate.
A large animated running total of funds raised so far kept everyone informed of the goal and how close success was.
Logo Design
Creating a logo from the specifications given.
Exporting for use with t-shirts, posters, postcards, leaflets and other marketing materials.
Fully Mobile Friendly and Accessible
Prior to launch the website was tested for accessibility and on multiple screen sizes and devices, ensuring it worked for everyone without issues.
The site is monitored and feedback listened to to ensure that everyone the website is targeted towards gets the best experience and allows them easy access to the content and booking services.
Main website design and Launch
The main website was designed and adapted in the background leaving the landing page to inform visitors of what is happening.
This allowed the directors to see the website and feedback any changes or concerns they had.
Ready for launch once the project was completely funded and ready to take bookings.
Using my unique Launch system the site was launched in January 2026 using my big red button.
Leaflet Design
Freedom Boat Adventures needed a leaflet designed to promote their services.
After the initial consultation I created several options including bifold and trifold designs.
The option chosen was a trifold design with a smaller fold to allow postcards to be inserted. Which then led to a design for postcards.
I handled everything from initial concepts, design, print test runs, revamps, to final print and delivery.
Postcard Design
Freedom Boat Adventures needed to distribute Postcards for people to share along with the leaflet design, 4 postcards tucked inside every leaflet.
Using Chrissie Westgates' amazing photos, of Mersea island ,Postcards were designed, printed and delivered.
All with a prewritten message on the back to promote Freedom Boat Adventures new launch.
